Our Standout Activities
ALHARUDY INSTITUTE OF ISLAMIC STUDIES engages in many knowledge-based activities, goal-driven, and Islamic-oriented activities. The aim of activities extended from just being beneficial to our students but aimed at improving our institutional standard, and the Islamic standard of all Muslims around the globe.
Some of our activities that improve our academic standard are:
- Prize Giving
ALHARUDY INSTITUTE OF ISLAMIC STUDIES always compliment the efforts of all students that standout in their academic activities per term and annually. The activity involve the selection of the most punctual students in all classes, best students in different classes and as well as overall most punctual and best student in the institution. This activity helps to motivate our students and give room in competition in our various classrooms which in turn has impacted the learning pace and academic improvement of our students.
2. PTA Meeting
ALAHARUDY is always keen to get our parents engaged in our activities, so we hold PTA meetings to ensure that all parents are aware of any update or upgrade in the institute, since we know the strength of communication in relationship, we use that activity to get our parents more engaged rather communication through texts only. In our PTA meetings, we discuss the progress of our institute, our shortcomings, the observation of our parents, recommendation from them, how they feel we can serve them better. This has really helped in so many ways to improve in delivery of our services to our parents and it helped us to earn their supports in our academic activities.
3. Satisfaction Survey
ALHARUDY always does a constant survey on how pleased our parents and students are. This helps us know what we lack and where we are lagging and allows us to make proper amendments and improvements where necessary. Our survey includes the assessment of the teacher assigned to a particular class activity based on the response from our students or parents.
4. Time-table Review
To ensure that all students learn at the most comfortable time for them, our timetable is always reviewed and we track the regularity of each student in the classroom, so we can amend our timetable to the preference of our students and parents to avoid breaking down of learning milestone of our students and set the time that would inconvenience our parents.
Our Proposed Activities
ALHARUDY was established not so long but Alhamdullillah! Allah has helped us to achieve a lot in a short period and we are never being static in the thought of what can ensure an improved standard of our institute. So Inn shaa Alloh we will be adding more fantastic activities like
